As far as I can remember, my artistic journey definitely started with drawing. Again and again we're taught the fundamentals and foundations of art, and it usually begins with a simple sketch. Just a line on paper or even Procreate. Working in digital mediums I usually still start with analog sketches and brainstorming. There is something so beautifully human within illustration - any form - especially in the era of generative AI, that feels so raw and connecting.
